What exactly do the workshops cover?

Our sessions focus on helping you read and understand the documents that relate to pensions and retirement savings — statement layouts, common terms, and how different sections connect. We do not give individual advice or tell you what to do with your money. Everything stays at a general, educational level.

Do I need any background knowledge to attend?

Not at all. Sessions are designed for people who find pension paperwork confusing or unfamiliar. We start from the basics and build up gradually. The only thing useful to bring is a recent statement or summary if you have one, though it is not required.

How long does each session last?

The Statement Basics Workshop runs for approximately two and a half hours including a short break. The Planner & Records Pack session is around three hours as it includes a hands-on setup component. Quarterly membership sessions are typically two hours each.

Where do the sessions take place?

All sessions are held at our venue at 27 Soi Sukhumvit 31, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. The room is a calm, well-lit space with comfortable seating and easy access from Phrom Phong BTS station.

What is the cancellation policy?
